I had a diap flap from my stomach in 2004, I have a build up of fluid below my tummy scar. Is this something that can be sorted?

Did you mention this swelling at your post-surgical consultation? There are some possible solutions, but please discuss these with your GP.

It sounds as if your GP should be your first point of contact after all this time.
