Hi Everyone,

I have lately found this option where I was recommended to be part of the forum. In 2019 both me and wife was diagnosed with Cancer. I was diagnosed with CML and wife with Uterus cancer. I feel anxiety and worried about this. I have daughter who is 11 years old. Currently I am going through tough time in my office too. I have been suspended with some harrasment case for something happened between Sep 2023 and Feb 2024. I did not remember any such thing. Day in day out I am worried about our life challenges that we have in our family. The company HR is not considered my vulnerability and just suspended me. I did not have any support to discuss this matter with some expertise.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. It sounds like you have a lot going on and I'm sorry to hear of these difficulties.

    Regarding your work situation, the organisation Acas offers free advice on workplace issues, in case it is useful to speak to them.

    I am glad though that you've found this forum and I hope that it can be of some small help to you. It is a welcoming and supportive community of people, and it can often be helpful to write things down and connect with others.
