So sorry to hear about your situation.

Provided your husband is able to make a fully informed decision, it is right to go with what. He wants and the law supports this.  I don't know if this helps at all but medical professionals would also go down this route so technically you are absolved of responsibility in terms of decision making .

However. do look after yourself as what you are going through is still very  tough.  Options for help include talking to family / friends, counselling,support groups,medication, relaxation exercises.

Hi I know where your husband and you are coming from.  I have stage four breast cancer and have opted for no treatment. It’s scary but after having cancer 4 times I know the side effects. Quality is much better than quantity. Stop feeling like your supposed to keep him going   Relax and enjoy and make memories while you can x

I agree with Sherrie and yourself.  No one should judge you until they've walked a mile in your shoes.  The path that you and your husband are proposing to take sounds very logical and sensible to me.
