Two week wait for biopsy

Hi, I’m on tamoxifen and I have just been told that I need a biopsy as my womb lining is 8mm. It’s difficult not to worry as I was going through this process for breast cancer less than a year ago. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this ? Many thanks in advance

    Hello. I had a biopsy and my womb was thickened  recently. She told me straight away i had abnormal cells, then you wait for the result of biopsy. You can call the gynae team that took the biopsy and ask. But they would have told you then. They actually look at cells under microscope while you are changing. I hope this helps.
