I'm sorry to hear that you're currently waiting for biopsy results. We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be really difficult. 

It's good to hear that you've already been in touch with the secretary. Waiting times for results do vary from hospital to hospital and even from department to department. If you've not heard anything within another few weeks then do give the secretary a call again not ask about results and when they think you may expect to hear some news. 

In the meantime, this thread has some advice and tips for coping with waiting for news. If it would help to talk things through with one of our nurses you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to offer any support and advice they can.
