Raised faecal calprotectin

Hi I have a recent history of changed bowel habits and thinner stools. Have just received faecal calprotectin results they are 124 which is abnormal.

Could this be cancer?

Really worried

It's important though that they are doing all the necessary investigations and hopefully you won't have to wait too long to find out more and get a definite diagnosis.
