Hi I use Pantene Revitalise and Soothe Menopause Shampoo & Conditioner from Amazon and alternate with Plantur Caffeine Shampoo from Amazon ,my hair was falling out snapping off and was getting really thin and wispy but using these products have reversed it and made my hair much better ,I hope this helps .
