Lumpectomy on Wednesday - advice re seatbelt?

Hi,

I had a DCIS diagnosis in December and am due to have a lumpectomy on Feb 12th. I am aware I am very lucky to have such an early diagnosis. Screening works but it should be available much earlier than 50.

I wan to buy a seatbelt pad (and possibly a clip to adjust the position..?) - if anyone can recommend any tbh big for when I am driving again, I would be very grateful.

    I'm glad to hear your DCIS was caught early and that you'll be having your lumpectomy tomorrow.

    CRUK actually sell seatbelt pads, and heart shaped cushions that offer comfort and support post lumpectomy, on their website but I'm sure some of our members will offer their recommendations and advice to you soon as well.
