I just came across your post and wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear that your dad's wife has been diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour.

This must be such a difficult time, but our community are here for you Heartbreak, and I'm sure it won't be long until some of our members stop by to offer you their support and advice.
