New to small bowel NET

Hello,

I was diagnosed by accident, after thirteen years of painful stomach attacks - yes that's 13 years.

During that time, I have been seen by six different consultant gastroenterologists, five separate GPs and have undergone countless blood test, endoscopies, colonoscopies and loads of other scans and tests, Now I know for sure that I have small bowel NETs and face an operation around Easter time to (hopefully) deal with the problem.

I wonder if there is any kind soul in the forum who has undergone anything similar and who might offer some useful words of encouragement -which I certainly need at the moment.

Many Thanks in Advance
