Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Rhosrobin although I'm sorry to hear you've just been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The stomach ache you're experiencing after eating could be indigestion or possibly nerves about your upcoming operation, but if you're worried it could be something else it would be best to discuss this with your medical team and/or GP as they'll be in the best position to advise.
Many of our members have been diagnosed with breast cancer too, so you are not alone Rhosrobin, and hopefully some of them will stop by soon to offer their support and share their stories with you.
