I'm sorry to hear that you've been diagnosed with kidney cancer and DCIS. It's a lot to take on board especially as you're now dealing with pain around your collarbone. 

I'd suggest giving your breast care nurse a call. If they feel they need to see you in the clinic then they can arrange an appointment. Alternatively, give your GP surgery a call and ask for an appointment with them. 

Hopefully you can arrange to see a clinician soon and they can give you some reassurance and help to improve the pain that you've been dealing with.
