It was earlier this afternoon. I’m so lucky to have been told that it’s a benign tumour. It will need surgery (as expected), likely to be in the spring but with the NHS who knows?! I will have a call with the surgeon to discuss the finer detail in a few weeks, but I said in today’s meeting I want to go ahead with the surgery and I was told I would be added to the waiting list. So it’s not all over yet, but to hear that it is benign is a relief and I am so grateful and thankful as it could have been different! 

Brilliant news. Doesn't really matter about the op., does it. As long as it's benign. Phew x
