Renal pelvis mass

Hi. My name is Tad.  I have had ankylosing spondylitis for 40 yrs. ( Arthritic disease of the spine and joints)

As I have had pain most of my life, I am used to all the different aches and pains. However a year ago I started getting a different feeling like I am really weak and have no energy. I have attended the rheumatology clinic many times since then and recently they saw I was getting anemic.i also developed a pain in my groin and legs and abdominal area.

I was recently sent for a MRI and it has come back showing I have a 3cm mass in the renal pelvic area, and also thickening of the bladder wall.

I have an urgent CT of all areas in 10 days we shall see.

Scared? Damn right I am. I always thought as I saw people get these issues how lucky I am even though pain all my life at least I didn't have the big C. ?

Well I don't know that yet but it's impossible not to think the worst even though everyone around says not to eh.

Will add more when I get the results.

Wishing all a happy new year and great results in your struggles.

Tad.
