Diagnosed with JaK 2 last year. Such a shock. Does anyone else have this?

Hi I have just joined this group I was diagnosed with JaK 2 last year my platelets have been raised for a number of years I take aspirin day is there any one else have this it was such a shock to be honest now my GP is concerned about my transverse saturation iron levels they are slightly under the 15% reference but she wants to investigate I had a fit test that was clear .   • Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Gina-Anne although I'm sorry to hear you were diagnosed with Jak2 last year.

    Finding out you have cancer can bring about so many thoughts and emotions but I hope you can take some strength, and comfort, from knowing that we are here for you, and hopefully some of our members who have the same diagnosis will be along soon to share their experiences and advice.
