Bladder cancer follow upd

Hi fellow travellers I had bladder cancer diagnosed in Septrmber2023 and palliative radiotherapy last December. The tumour was removed in September 2024z

GONG for a follow up cystoscopy today. Naturally very anxious particularly because biopsy results take forever. I know it’s ok to be anxious but how does every one cope with regular follow ups ?Am I just being paranoid?
