Nev - diagnosed with colorectal cancer

Found out I had cancer via the screening program delivered though people door when they reach a certain age. Been through all the tests and had it all confirmed...
PICC line inserted yesterday and chemo starts tomorrow - all happened very quickly, and seems very surreal at the moment as I don't feel ill. Hoping it all goes OK and we can get on with the next stage of getting through life being turned upside down!

    Hi NevH, I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I was diagnosed 7 weeks ago and still waiting to have picc line fitted and start chemotherapy. Hoping that it all gets started next week. I have a tu.our in my bowel and a tiny spot has spread to my liver. Had lots of scans mri's and PET scan which thankfully came back with no other spread. I still can't believe this is really happening to me. I Hope all goes well with your chemotherapy tomorrow.
