I noticed from your post that you're due to have another surgery today. I wanted to post to wish you well and I hope that this is the last operation you will need. 

It's understandable that you're feeling anxious about things. I think that most every member here who has been through cancer treatment will understand the fears that you've described. 

Do talk with your Consultant or breast care nurse about your concerns. Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance. 

When you're feeling well enough it's worth trying to access some counselling or talking therapy if you can. There may be a service that your breast care team can refer you to. If there's a Maggie's in your local area then do call in for a cuppa and chat with one of their cancer support workers.
