Hi May,
A very warm welcome to our forum.
I am sorry to hear about your Hodgkin's Lymphoma, but I'm glad to hear that you are now in remission. Can I ask what treatment you've had and when you were first diagnosed?
We are always here for you.
Kind regards,
Jolamine xx
Hi, i was diagnosed on the 29th of December last year and started escalated BEACOPP at the end of January this year. My hospital, and staff were amazing.
How about you Jolamine?
Hi May,
I was diagnosed in 2010, had a lumpectomy. I had a second bout in the same breast, less than a year later and had a double mastectomy. I took Tamoxifen for the first year, then changed to Letrozole for 6½ years. That was 14 years ago now and I still lead a busy and fulfilling life.
How did you cope with your chemo? I'm sure that you felt glad to finish your treatment. On the whole, the staff in these hospitals and clinics are amazing and I'm glad to hear that you got the support that you needed.
Kind regards,
Jolamine xx
Hi May75,
I was also diagnosed with Classical Hodgkins Lymphoma in June and finished treatment (also escalated BEACOPP) in October.
Great news that you’re in remission too
