Hi Jackie and a warm welcome to our forum, 

I can imagine this is a really anxious time for you as you are waiting for biopsy results - 11 days to wait can feel really long and it's good that you are getting this checked thoroughly and properly. I am so sorry to hear that this is affecting your sleep - if you see that you are really struggling to sleep in the next few days, do talk to your GP about it and explain the situation and I am sure that they will be happy to help. I hope that your husband has recovered well from his major operation in June and I can imagine you are currently reliving the stress and anxiety of what he himself went through but try if you can not to anticipate what it might be until you get your full results and resist the urge to look things up on Google as it will only make you feel more anxious and will never give accurate answers. Try and find coping strategies to help you get through the coming days - have a look at these helpful tips  to help cope while waiting for important news.
