Waiting game

I'm due for an Op next few weeks on newly diagnosed bladder cancer, Drs say they will remove any parts they see and will no more after a biopsy, i have been told i will be having 1 dose of Chemo during the op ..has anyone on here had the same op and give advice as this waiting has put my brain in overdrive.
