I hope you are feeling ok 9 weeks post surgery and I hope that it all goes well next week with the CT scan and radiotherapy planning. Not long to wait now until it starts on the 12th of December. It can be a lot to take in when you find out more about your treatment plan and if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with our cancer nurses on this free number 0808 800 4040 - their helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. There is also information on our website on radiotherapy for breast cancer. I thought I would also mention a couple of forum members who spring to my mind who have recently started radiotherapy for breast cancer and you are welcome to respond to them on their thread if you would like to connect and share experiences. For example, Pippin24 posted this radiotherapy thread just a few days ago and was about to start radiotherapy sessions and D1962H has had her first radiotherapy treatment recently and posted this thread - these are just a couple of examples and there are many more here and I hope that I will be joined by other members of our community who will be happy to share their radiotherapy experiences.
