This waiting game is certainly no fun game and I hope that you won't have to wait too long for results of your bone marrow biopsy. It's good that they are being thorough in their investigations and I hope that you won't have to wait too long for a diagnosis. It's normal to become a bit restless and anxious while waiting for results, or to feel like googling for answers frenetically but this as we all know (because we've all done it!) will only make the anxiety worse.
