Welcome to the forum Valish although I'm so sorry to read everything that you have been through.

I can't begin to imagine how incredibly difficult the last 4 years have been for you, even more so recently with the loss of your husband, but our community are here for you Valish, especially our members who have experienced similar pain and heartbreak from losing their loved ones, so you are not alone, and I'm sure some of them will be along soon to offer you their support and advice.

Coping with grief can be very tough and at times, overwhelming, so if you feel like you need to talk to someone about what you're going through please reach out to your GP or get in touch with a bereavement support charity such as Cruse or Sue Ryder. Both of these charities are there to help anyone who is struggling with their grief and will do all they can to support you.

Take things one step at a time Valish, be kind to yourself, and remember that we are thinking of you and sending all our support your way.
