  • Hello Rob-Mil

I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with things this week. It's not uncommon to have times when it's mentally difficult to cope with our cancer diagnoses. I hope that you have support around you from family, friends and health professionals that you can lean on.

We have some information on our website about cancer and mental health which you may find helpful to read through. it has some advice and tips for coping that you may find useful.

Some people find it helpful to talk with others about how they're feeling. It may be that there is an organisation such as Maggie's in your local area that you can visit. Your specialist cancer nurse should be able to tell you what other support groups are available.

Alternatively, you might want to chat things through with one of our nurses. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday 9amn to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.

I do hope that things improve for you soon. Keep in touch and let us know how you're getting on.

    Best wishes,
    Jenn
