Her2 positive cant sleep bored, went to bed at 9.30pm dead tired hit the wall after a busy day took meds and wide awake since 1 am any thoughts on going back to sleep xxx
Welcome to Cancer Chat Scoobydoo22 although I'm sorry you're having trouble sleeping.
I hope you managed to get back to sleep after you made this post, and that your sleep has improved over the last couple of days as well, but if it hasn't do speak to your GP and/or medical team about this as they should be able to help.
We have some information on coping with insomnia on our website but you're very welcome to discuss this further with one of our cancer nurses. They're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and will do all that they can to help.
