Ask your treating doctors if antihistamines would benefit you. Don't just go out and buy some because i know nothing about medications and they could interact with some of the drugs you're currently on. So always ask first.

Thank you ! I do have antihistamines that they have prescribed to me , but they don’t seem to work . I’m seeing them tomorrow, so will mention it again as it has gotten worse !
