I'm sorry to hear about the news that has brought you to find the Cancer Chat forum. It's understandable that this may be an anxious time for you as you wait to hear about your scan results and the potential next treatment steps. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long before you have some news. 

We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be difficult and the fact that you're struggling to sleep due to the steroids is, I'm sure, not helping at the moment. 

Hopefully, you'll be able to connect with other forum members who are living with a secondary cancer diagnosis soon and share your experiences with each other. In the meantime, if it would help to chat things through with one of our nurses you're most welcome to give them a call.
