I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and the struggles that you're having at the moment. It sounds like it's been a difficult time for you.
Fatigue is a known side effect of immunotherapy and if you're struggling with your sleep patterns as well then it's understandable that you're feeling so tired at the moment.
Have you spoken with your care team about this issue? If not then please do reach out to your specialist cancer nurse or your GP for some advice and support. Hopefully they will be able to help improve things for you.
