Hello and thank you for accepting me into the group.

I was diagnosed with a small invasive cancer in my left breast last Wednesday. Am due to have a lumpectomy on 29th October 

It feels like the calm before the storm just at the moment and I'm glad there's somewhere like this to talk to people who understand better than my family and friends - however supportive they are
