I'm sorry to hear that a family friend has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and that sadly she is too unwell to be able to undergo any treatment. Understandably it's a difficult time for everyone.
Having previously lost your Nana to cancer it's natural that you may be experiencing some strong emotions at the moment and possibly feel overwhelmed by these at times. I hope that you have some support around you from family and friends.
