My sister lost her life to oesophagus cancer and now my nephew has a growth on his oesophagus

Hi l have just joined and l don’t have cancer myself but my granddaughter was diagnosed with AML 2 years ago and I’m glad to say she is doing well. My sister lost her life to esophagus cancer last year and her son my nephew went for an endoscopy this morning and has a growth on his esophagus and don’t know how to cope it’s just one thing after another
