I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so anxious ahead of your TACE treatment next week. It's understandable that you may be feeling worried about the side effects and how you will manage.
I've checked through the forum and we don't have anyone who has posted recently about having been through this treatment but there are some older posts you can read through if you think it may help. You can find them using the forum search function at the top of the page.
It can be worth keeping in mind that everyone's experiences are different. Not everyone will experience side effects to the same degree and unfortunately, people do seem to love to share their negative experiences rather than positive ones. Try to keep a positive frame of mind if you can Letti. Remember that any side effects you do experience should be temporary and you will have the hospital team for support if you need them.
