Hi, I have been recently been diagnosed with a meningioma that requires surgery. I know it is important to be as fit as possible for this and I could do with some advice on the kind of diet to help me. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. It's likely to be a worrying time for you at the moment but it sounds from your post that you're trying to remain positive and prepare yourself so that you are as well as can be before treatment starts which is great.
