Living well during cancer treatment

Hi  i’m brand new to this forum and have found it quite reassuring to know help and guidance exists.    I’ve just started taking Letrozole after my breast lumpectomy and am concerned about all the predicted side effects especially menopausal type sweats, muscle aches and tiredness.    I wondered if you found any herbal remedies that helped you  ?    Thanking you in advance …Marsali

    Hi , i have been on letrozole for 4 months now. Like you I was bit worried about side effects , but to be honest,   I have not had much in way of side effects !!  Was bit teary and low mood initially , but as time gone on , I have been fine !! Would see how you get on - they say side effects are only short term,but everyones different !! Best wishes xxx
