Having posted here before about starting on apalutamide it now just under 6 weeks since I started and got faint head ache for about a week and the suddenly really ill high temperature, shaking very weak and vomiting. I rang my support line and when I told them my temperature of 39.6 was told to go straight to a&e they told the I was coming and went to triage and I had sepsis .my oncologist said it wasn't apalutamide but to stop taking them for now,turns it was caused by a uti any one else had this problem
