I’d be obliged if someone could recommend something for very severe hot flashes while on tamoxifen. I have angina too and finding a vitamin to help with the fatigue is quite confusing. Thank you
I was recommended oxybutin by my surgeon which has helped. Although it is designed for bladder control, it apparently helps 70%of women whom are taking letrozole or equivalent
