Kidney Cancer Diagnosis, with possible secondary. Very scared about what's to come

I’m 58 lady that’s been diagnosed with kidney cancer with a possible secondary, I live alone, but been staying with my friend for the last few weeks, I have 2 lovely granddaughters and I’m petrified of what will happen next, I’ve not been offered any treatment yet.
