Just had surgery to remove metastatic TNBC from my brain

Hi last year I had TNBC and following 6 months chemo was told I had a complete pathological response I had surgery to remove the area where the lump had been and all my lymph nodes removed from my right arm. I then had radiotherapy for 3 weeks and a further 6 months of immunotherapy. In March this year I was discharged. In June i discovered the cancer had spread to my brain. I’ve had surgery to remove it which was successful and they said they got it all and I’m current having 3 rounds of SRS to the cavity. I’ve had further scans and told currently there’s no other cancer in my body. Has anyone else had this and I’m struggling to understand if it’s still likely to reoccur I want to hold onto the fact it might not????
thanks for listening xxxxx
