Welcome to the forum Shin234 although I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing and for the worry this is causing.
You can find out about the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer on our website but if this doesn't improve, or continues to get worse, do make sure you book an appointment with your GP as they will be able to examine you and let you know if this is any cause for concern.
Hopefully that won't be the case but it's always good to get any worrying or persistent symptoms checked out, if only for peace of mind.
