Smear test results - high grade with features of invasive squamous carcinoma with HPV virus

Hey ️ so yesterday I went for my colpscopy and the result that was given by the consultant is that it has come back high grade with features of invasive squamous carcinoma with the HPV virus.  She explained my results have come back severe at 80%.

I am booked in for treatment and a biopsy urgently.

im a little confused at this result.

Would really appreciate it if someone could lighten anything on this result
