Welcome to Cancer Chat HelenAnn although I'm really sorry to hear that surgery is not an option to treat your advanced ovarian cancer.
This must have been very difficult to find out but I really do hope other treatment options are available to manage your symptoms and slow down the spread of the cancer.
Many of our members know just how upsetting and devastating it can be to receive such news, so you are not alone HelenAnn, and I'm sure you will receive some support and advice from the community soon.
