Hi this is my first post my lovely sister has just been diagnosed with advanced none curable cancer, we don’t know where the primary is. My nephew her son is currently in ITU with life changing life threatening injuries, how on earth do we cope with this? I feel cheated of the life we should be having in the future, broken hearted. But how do I help her navigate through this? She has supported my nephew through all his issues in life and when and if he wakes up she may not be around to love and support him. I don’t know how to cope but I know I have to step up for her
