Hello paddyk, 

I hope that you are recovering well after surgery for kidney cancer. I am not sure how long it will take to get your pathology results back but it might be worth getting in touch with your GP surgery or hospital and asking them for an update on how long it might be until you find out more about these important results. 

There might be other members of our community who have been in a similar position before and I hope that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you.
