A very warm welcome to Cancer Chat LostInMyOwnHead although I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling rather lost right now.

Coping with cancer can be very tough, but I'm glad you've decided to join us as our members will really understand what you are going through, so you are not alone LostInMyOwnHead, and I'm sure it won't be long until some of them stop by to offer you their support and advice. 

I hope you will find some of these tips we have on managing your emotions useful, but if you haven't done so already, it may be worth reaching out to the cancer charity Maggie's as they provide free expert care and support online and in centres across the UK. So many of our members have found them a real source of strength whilst undergoing treatment, so do think about getting in touch if you feel this is something that could help you at this time.
