I'm sorry to hear that you've recently found a lump. You did exactly the right thing in seeking medical advice and it's great to hear that all the tests you've had so far haven't raised any immediate cause for concern. 

We do know that waiting for tests, results, and answers can be a worrying time and it's understandable that you have questions about what this lump may be. Sometimes it can help to talk to someone about how you're feeling.
