Had very low haemoglobin iron stores empty feel well but fatigue and breathless ct scan non malignant being tested for blood cancer bone marrow investigation soon and tube up and down to check for bleeding I’m terrified, had 2 l blood and an iron infusion I’ve only been fatigued no nodes or glands I’m just a quivering wreck with the unknown
