Trying to process the news...

I was called into my GP yesterday afternoon - with my wife, always a bad sign, I'd imagine! - to be told that I have an infiltrating metastatic carcinoma under my right arm. They do not now where the primary cancer is and I'm having a scan on Wednesday evening. (Bloods and poo being tested ATM.) I know next to nothing about what I have or what any treatment might be. I would be grateful if anyone can share any relevant experience relevant experience.
