Hello, I am post surgery 3 months ago. Still suffering from burning tongue and hypasensitivity. Wondered if anyone has similar symptoms still 3 months on.
I am sorry to hear you are still suffering from a burning tongue and hypersensitivity 3 months on from your partial glossectomy. I hope that you will hear from the experiences of others here who have had a partial glossectomy and experienced similar long term issues. It's always nice to hear the stories of others who have been there before and understand your frustration of having to deal with this 3 months after the procedure. I found that there was another member who posted only a few days ago whose husband also had the partial glossectomy and is currently recovering. I hope that you will also hear from others who are 3 months or more post surgery and who experienced similar symptoms. If you haven't done so already, it might be worth talking to your GP about these symptoms and how they are affecting you. They will I am sure be able to offer advice on this.
