Hello Vikingman.  So sorry to hear of your diagnosis.  I am 60 and I also have stage 4 cancer.  Back in November 2022 I was told that I had about a year to live, but I'm still here.  It's quite a shock isn't it?  I try to stay as up-beat as possible, but of course, I get my 'dark days'.  I expect you are still in shock.........I remember when I was told that the cancer had spread to my lungs and lymphatic system, I felt like I was on auto-pilot for a few days.  It seemed so unreal.  Have you got family and friends to support you?
